This Privacy Policy explains what personal data NEIRINA_ADS collects, why we process it, who we may share it with and what rights you have as a data subject. By using this website and submitting a request you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Who we are (data controller)

Together in this Policy - "NEIRINA_ADS", "we". Data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI and, for EU residents, with regard to the GDPR.
2. What data we collect
- Request form data: name, phone number, business niche, approximate ad budget, chosen plan, and any information you voluntarily share during communication.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, language, pages viewed, referral source, date and time of visit.
- Cookies and identifiers: cookies and similar technologies, including ad-platform pixels (see section 5).
We do not collect special categories of data (health, religious beliefs, etc.) and do not knowingly process data of persons under 18.
3. Purposes of processing
- contacting you about your request: consultation, free audit, proposal preparation;
- concluding and performing a service agreement;
- improving the website and service quality (analytics, statistics);
- marketing communications - only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time;
- complying with legal requirements (accounting, responses to state authorities).
4. Legal bases
We process data on the basis of: (a) your consent, given by submitting a form on the website; (b) the necessity to perform a contract you are party to; (c) our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, website analytics); (d) legal obligations.
5. Cookies, analytics and ad pixels
The website may use cookies and analytics tools, as well as the TikTok Pixel / TikTok Events API - to measure advertising effectiveness and build audiences. 6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only with:
- our processors (CRM systems, telephony and messenger services, hosting) - to the extent needed to handle your request;
- advertising platforms (TikTok) - in depersonalized or hashed form for ad setup and measurement;
- state authorities - solely on lawful grounds.
As we operate from offices in Ukraine and the USA, data may be processed in both jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention
Request data is kept for as long as needed for the processing purpose, but no longer than 3 years from the last interaction, unless the law requires a longer period (e.g. accounting records). After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights
- to know which of your data we process and receive a copy;
- to have inaccurate data corrected;
- to have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
- to withdraw consent at any time;
- to object to processing or request its restriction;
- to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.

9. Data security
We apply organizational and technical safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to data limited to authorized staff, account protection and regular software updates.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Material changes have no retroactive effect on previously collected data.
